Baseline update not running in full deployment due to 401 authentication response while baseline CAS crawl with id 'CRS-last-mile-crawl'

Root cause is changed default password for admin user during installation or applicaiton deployment
Solution:

Run the command manage_credentials.bat add --user admin --key ifcr under  <<ToolsAndFrameworks installation>>\credential_store\bin\ and change the password to admin/admin

delete _ifcr folder from <<ToolsAndFrameworks installation>>\server\workspace\state\sling and deploy endeca application from cim again
